The three-day event brought together around 400 experts to discuss the latest advancements in oncology, surgery, and basic and translational research.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The conference offered sessions focused on translational research and clinical trials, highlighting how <strong>scientific breakthroughs are transforming clinical strategies toward more personalised medicine <\/strong>in the treatment of pancreatic cancer. Furthermore, the essential collaboration between basic science and clinical practice was emphasised. The consensus was that a deep understanding of tumour biology is fundamental for developing more effective treatments and, ultimately, improving patient prognosis.<\/p>\n<p>Numerous members of <strong>Alipanc <\/strong>(the Spanish Association for Pancreatic Cancer Research) were present and showcased the latest results from their laboratories.
